Overview
This website uses no analytics, no tracking and no advertising cookies. Personal data is only processed where it is needed to run the site, answer your request or book a call.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, and served from its Frankfurt region. When you visit, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer and browser type. This is necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only briefly.
Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your privacy choice
Your choice in the privacy notice (“Allow” or “Essential only”) is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, so we don’t ask again. It never leaves your device.
Fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or similar services.
Booking a call (Cal.com)
Calls are booked through Cal.com, Inc., 2810 N Church St #94572, Wilmington, DE 19802, USA. The booking calendar loads only when you open it, or in the background if you clicked “Allow” (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). When you book, Cal.com processes the details you enter, such as name, email, notes and the chosen time, to schedule the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Video review requests
If you request a video review, we receive your website address and email. The request is sent to our inbox through Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, using its EU region, and stored with our email provider Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. We use it only to send your review and answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and delete it once it is no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Contacting us
If you email or call us, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Emails are stored with Hostinger.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.
You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example: Die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien Hansestadt Bremen.
